CANCELLATION: If you choose to cancel your membership, your funds will remain accessible to you as a credit at NeuroSpa. We require at least 30 days notice for Beauty Bank cancellation. There will be no time limit imposed on using these funds. However, please note that once your membership has officially ended, you will no longer have access to members-only rates, offers, and privileges. REINSTATEMENT: Memberships may be reinstated if the account was in good standing, they have not been in the beauty bank program for 12 months+ and approved by a manager. If you decide to reinstate your membership, you may be required to pay a registration and/or processing fee at sign up and your membership will begin as if it is new, on the reinstated date.
