Everyone is always so helpful, nice, and informative - even when I was late!

From the moment you walk in to the fresh, earthy and cavernous space, you are greeted with a warm and joyous reception. Edith provided one of the most luxurious and effective facials I have ever had. The room I was in felt like it was in a completely different universe; it was a comfortable and meditative space with low lights. Edith was very clear and knowledgeable about a the best approach to treat my skin and was expert in her delivery and application. Top it off with neck, shoulder and arm rub, and I was floating out of there. I love all of their skin better science products. Neurospa is in a class of its own.

I love this place. Not only do I receive these amazing services that physically make me feel more beautiful, but every individual who works there has their own special way of making me feel beautiful on the inside, too. The vibe is always warm, inviting and very relaxing and the incredible staff are so kind…it’s definitely a special treat to have the privilege of visiting NeuroSpa Willits. Alison Birkenfeld is my hero🥰
